Have you (or are you going to) successfully complete(d) your studies in economics or engineering management specializing in finance and would like to put your skills into practice? If this is the case, the Schaeffler Group Finance Trainee Program is just what you are looking for. You have already gained some experience as an intern during at least two internships, ideally also abroad. You are flexible and are interested in getting to know and working in the Finance sector of the Schaeffler Group both in Germany and abroad. In addition, you have a very good knowledge of English and MS Office.

Perspectives

You will join the Schaeffler Group with a permanent employment contract. Of course, with the relevant potential you can create a foundation for your medium-term and long-term development, both in management positions and with positions involving a high level of responsibility in the international scope of our worldwide organization.

Objectives

• Developing knowledge and skills with regard to processes and controlling instruments from the perspective of the Finance department
• Targeted development of job-related and interpersonal competencies for taking on qualified tasks in our Finance organization
• Creating a basis for employment as a specialist in the medium term or as a member of management personnel on a national or international level, depending on your interests
• Creating networks to all relevant contacts within our group of companies

In 12-18 months, you will gain detailed knowledge in various departments within our Finance sector either at headquarters or in other locations and will work from the very beginning on specific tasks in selected functions under professional supervision. In addition, you will receive the opportunity to work at one of our locations abroad for several months. Seminars and project work round out the “learning by doing”.
